From the beginning, you listened and understood what we were looking, worked within our budget, suggested several delicious menu options and produced an incredible experience for us. Ultimately, there were too many exceptional choices so we gave you the freedom to choose a spread for us, and what a treat that was! Our department of 150 people were all satisfied and could not stop commenting on how delicious the food was. The sushi and chicken sliders were a huge hit! "I signed up to plan the catering for a conference. I reached out to a bunch of caterers and it quickly became apparent that Hil's would be on the shortlist. "My husband and I worked with Hil's Catering for our 10-year anniversary party at The Office. The food was great, and Hilary and Mey were so easy to work with! We met a few weeks in advance and did a little tasting, and we were immediately sold. I'm from New Orleans and requested some Southern specialties like jambalaya, fried okra, shrimp and grit cups, etc., and she really nailed it. The night of the party we got so many compliments.
