Hilary Jacobs graduated from Tante Marie in San Francisco in 2006, walking away with a larger understanding of food and a greater desire to cook. In her journey through the culinary world she prides herself to be an innovator of remixing and remaking what is  familiar, while adding something unique in taste. “Food is like colors, it all goes together you just have to season it properly.”  is what you’ll find in her menu’s and love in every bite.
