Hilary Jacobs graduated from Tante Marie in San Francisco in 2006, walking away with a greater understanding of food and a strong passion for cooking. In her journey through the culinary world, she prides herself in being an innovator of remixing and remaking what is familiar, while adding something unique in taste. “Food is like colors. It all goes together, you just have to season it properly.” And that, along with love, is exactly what you’ll find in her menus, and in every bite.
